Staffing requests
Submitting a staffing request does not guarantee worker availability and does not create a confirmed booking. Labour Now must review the request and confirm availability, pricing and applicable terms before an assignment is booked.
Worker applications
Submitting a worker application does not guarantee employment, a particular assignment, a minimum number of shifts or any specific schedule. Opportunities depend on client demand, job requirements, availability and Labour Now’s onboarding process.
Pricing and job conditions
Pricing is provided privately after the requested work, timing, location, number of workers and other requirements are reviewed. Job-specific requirements, cancellations, overtime, safety responsibilities, payment terms and any replacement arrangements should be confirmed separately before an assignment begins.
